Born & Raised in Utah, the beehive state will always have a piece of my heart. I spend my winters living here and working as a ski patroller at Sundance Mountain Resort. I am an Avalanche Rescue Dog Handler with Wasatch Backcountry Rescue. I work as a backcountry ski guide with Park City Powder Cats. I'm an avalanche educator for the American Institute of Avalanche Research and Education. I love to ski.

After graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in Recreation Management I moved to Kernville, CA to manage a whitewater kayak school. Over the years the drought slowly pushed me north to Arcata, CA where I'm learning to surf. I work in graphic design and marketing and still teach whitewater kayaking.
